Enhanced Appraisal and Revalidation

The conference will provide a  practical guide to preparing your systems and processes for revalidation, including how appraisal will feed into revalidation, appraising the specialist elements for recertification, developing outcome focused appraisal, appraising the appraisers and appraisal and revalidation for locums and transitory doctors.

You will also hear guidance on what to do when perfomance issues arise as a result of the appraisals process and supporting doctors in difficulty.
