About Clinical Leader and Clinical Leader Voice
Clinical Leader is the refereed, journal of the British Association of Medical Management. The BAMM Journal is published in hardcopy and electronic formats.
The journal aims to provide a stimulating and informative read for all clinicians aspiring to or already established in ledaership and management roles, both in the NHS and in healthcare the world over. We hope it will shed light on the tricky areas of the increasingly complex and dicerse roles medical managers play, share emerging good practice and stimulate constructive debate and discussion as ever increasing numbers of clinicians embrace the concept of a true engagement in leading and managing the qulaity of healthcare services.
Clinical Leader Voice is the little sister of the Journal. Published quarterly, it carries softer, less formal articles and attempts to explore the challenges presented in managing the service specifically through the voice of our members, associates and other friends.
We are very proud of Clinical Leader and Clinical Leader Voice - they are the direct result of much listening to the community of medical managers and leaders - and much doing as well. We hope that in the near future they will come to truly represent the voice of leaders at the frontline of the service and become two more tools to assist those enthusiastic and progressive minded individuals guiding us into the NHS of the future.
Clinical Leader is managed by the Clinical Leader Editorial Board, Managing Editor, Kate Ibbeson and Editorial Assistant, Robin Scott. Clinical Leader Voice is managed by Managing Editor, Kate Ibbeson and Editorial Assistant, Robin Scott.
