ARE YOU THE PERFECT MEDICAL MANAGER? 

The role of medical manager is a demanding one. It requires a number of crucial attributes that need to be applied within a fast changing environment. However, nobody is born the perfect medical manager. At BAMM we are constantly striving to provide medical managers with opportunities to expand their range of knowledge and improve upon the skills they possess. As such we have created the BAMM Seminar Series, which will bring together a variety of topics relevant to clinicians in management, and cover them in convenient one-day seminars. 

We held our inaugural seminars ‘Finance in the NHS,’ and ‘Facing the Media' earlier this year, both of which were great successes.  We have since expanded the programme to include specific topics such as negotiation skills and dealing with difficult colleagues, and hope to add further topics according to your feedback. This is a perfect opportunity for anyone interested in improving or simply refreshing their knowledge in crucial areas of medical management.

As this is a program designed for your needs we would welcome any suggestions you, our members, may have as to future topics, or regarding the seminar series in general. We will be regularly updating our list of seminars with new dates, as well as increasing the number of topics dealt with based on your feedback.
